RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to know exactly what happens if you change your mind or something goes wrong with your order.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights granted to consumers under applicable Italian and European Union consumer protection law.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

Your communication must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the purchase and include sufficient information to identify the order.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the goods must be returned without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after we receive your request.

Unless otherwise stated by us, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been completed.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, in the same way you reasonably could in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Items should therefore be returned, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging, labels and accessories.

The absence or damage of original packaging or labels does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal, but any handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may result in a reduction of the refund where permitted by law.

REFUNDS

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you in relation to the returned goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as express shipping, the additional cost compared with our standard delivery option will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction and you will not be charged any fees for the refund.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us at [info@dieloud.it] and include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.

Where the product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the remedies and legal guarantee provided by applicable Italian and European Union consumer protection law apply.

Where we are responsible for the non-conformity, you will not be required to bear the costs necessary to exercise the remedies provided by law, including applicable return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or product, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases expressly provided for by applicable law, including, where relevant, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Any applicable exception will be clearly communicated before purchase.

This exception does not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
